After updating it, I tried to install Parallels Desktop 4.0 but the following error has been displayed. I honestly hadn't thought of that until suggestions by yourself and one other on here.I'd try some more debugging before replacing the router.I'll be very clear on this to stop going around in circles.

So, my real question is, how do I update Leopard to Snow Leopard (on an MBR formatted HDD).there are boot 132 cd's for snow leopard, you'll have to do some editing if you want to use MBR, you do need dsdt.aml, there are guides, ridiculously numerous guides, in this forum, stating on how to use dsdt.aml, is a required kext to boot snow leopard, your best bet is to install snow leopard from inside of leopard, not upgrade So, how do I edit Snow Leopard to work on MBR? So, you want me to launch the SL DVD from inside Leopard?

I need some help as to what I need to do to update from Leopard (10.5.8) to Snow Leopard. So, you want me to launch the SL DVD from inside Leopard?

I did search the forums, and I've found multiple posts about boot-132 CD's and about bootable USB sticks. My hard drive is formatted using MBR (I edited on Leopard).

Do I need to modify Snow Leopard to install on my MBR drive? In all the posts I've read about booting the Snow Leopard DVD, they all mention I don't use a with Leopard, nor do I use EFI strings for my Nvidia 9800GT (nvinject/natit work fine).
